Okay so this is a character from a book that I LOVE. The book is called the Mysterious benedict Society and her name is Kate Wetherall. (but she wants to be called the Great Kate Weather Machine) I have completely fallen in love with this character, so I felt the need to draw her. Sorry for the crappy backround. I really need to work on those XD
